Baseball Recap: Apollo Ridge Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Apollo Ridge's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Ligonier Valley Rams on Friday. The Vikings have struggled against the Rams recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Apollo Ridge now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Ligonier Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Apollo Ridge will welcome Highlands at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The last three games the Golden Rams have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Ligonier Valley, they will take on Mt. Carmel Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
