The Northridge Knights sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Saint Viator Lions on Thursday. Northridge wouldn't have won without Marty Mullen, who scored the game-winner.

Northridge pushed their record up to 11-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four matchups. As for Saint Viator, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-6-1 record this season.
