Basketball Recap: Mae Jemison Comes Up Short

Mae Jemison lost against Sparkman last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mae Jemison Jaguars lost to the Sparkman Senators at home by a 59-41 margin. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mae Jemison's record is now 8-8. As for Sparkman, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mae Jemison will be home for the holidays to greet Columbia at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sparkman, they will host Hazel Green at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Hazel Green's defense has only allowed 26.6 points per game this season, so Sparkman's offense will have their work cut out for them.
