McClain won the last time they faced Washington and things went their way on Saturday too. The Tigers came out on top against the Blue Lions by a score of 2-0.

Lydia Beatty paced McClain's offense, picking up seven kills. Beatty got some help from Molly McCune and her 11 assists. Lillie Saunders controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

McClain's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Washington, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McClain will challenge Western Brown at 6:00 p.m. on the 8th. As for Washington, they will head out to square off against East Clinton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Astros will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Blue Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
