Newnan entered their tilt with Woodland on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Wolfpack by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Newnan was: they took both sets by at least 16 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-5.

Newnan's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Mia West led the charge by getting 11 assists and two aces. West has been hot, having posted two or more aces the last six times she's played.

Newnan's win bumped their record up to 27-12. As for Woodland, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-10.

Coincidentally, Newnan and Woodland will both be playing Wilson Academy the next time they take the court. The Cougars will head out to face Wilson Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wolfpack will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
