Sandy Creek entered their tilt with Palmyra on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cougars have posted since September 13th.

Sandy Creek was led to victory by Emersyn Pohlmeier and Morgan Petr. Pohlmeier had 15 digs and one assist, while Petr had eight digs.

Despite the loss, Palmyra still got an impressive performance from Xylie Badertscher, who had 17 digs and two assists.
