Baseball Recap: Wakulla Takes a Loss

Wakulla lost against Maclay back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Wakulla fell just short of Maclay by a score of 3-2.

Wakulla saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was James Hoffman, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases.

Wakulla's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Maclay, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Coming up, Wakulla will venture away from home to face off against Chiles at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Maclay, they will welcome South Walton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. South Walton's pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so Maclay's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
