Soccer Game Preview: Liberty vs. Brentsville District

The Liberty Eagles will square off against the Brentsville District Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Liberty took a loss when they played away from home last Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They never let Warren County get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Liberty haven't had any issues with Warren County recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Brentsville District hadn't done well against Fauquier recently (they were 1-7-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Tigers narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Falcons 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Brentsville District.

Brentsville District's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Liberty, they now have a winning record of 5-4-3.
