Volleyball Recap: Dupont Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

DuPont entered their tilt with St. Georges Tech on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Hawks. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

The win didn't come easy: St. Georges Tech scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 14-25, 25-18, 25-18.

DuPont's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for St. Georges Tech, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. DuPont will challenge Tatnall at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Georges Tech, they will venture away from home to take on Glasgow at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
