After losing to Overland Christian the last time they met, Center Place decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Golden Eagles walked away with a 3-1 win over the Eagle on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Center Place.

Center Place's record is now 5-2. As for Overland Christian, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Center Place will take on rival Heartland at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Overland Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Christian Learning Center at 5:00 p.m. on October 7.
