Softball Preview: Murray Tigers vs. Mayfield Cardinals
Murray has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will face off against the Mayfield Cardinals at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Murray will be strutting in after a victory while Mayfield will be coming in after a loss.
The matchup between Murray and Carlisle County on Friday hardly resembled the 2-1 effort from their previous meeting. Murray walked away with a 13-9 win over Carlisle County. The victory was just what Murray needed coming off of an 8-0 defeat in their prior match.
