Basketball Recap: Twin River Comes Up Short

On Tuesday, the Twin River Titans lost to the Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles on the road by a 60-42 margin. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Twin River still got an impressive performance from Colsten Rodriguez, who went 7 for 17 on his way to 19 points and seven steals. Lane Lund was another key player, putting up seven points and seven rebounds.

Twin River's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Bruning-Davenport/Shickley, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6.

Twin River will head out to take on Newman Grove/St. Edward at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bruning-Davenport/Shickley, they will square off against Nebraska Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
