It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Carmi-White County had no problem doing just that on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 53-50 win over the Frankfort Redbirds. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Redbirds recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Carmi-White County back to even at 14-14. As for Frankfort, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-23.

Coming up, Carmi-White County will take on Benton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Frankfort does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
