Keystone Shortway - Large recap December 3, 2013
Karns City scaled the state rankings by moving to 78 from 111 this week, the biggest jump in Keystone Shortway - Large. The Gremlins climbed the ranks as a result of losing to South Fayette 57-21.
Karns City fell to the Lions 57-21 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Ed Conto's team's Tyler Kepple and Logan Moroney led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-11 quarterback Kepple has thrown for 1,601 yards this season, while Moroney has 32 catches for 558 yards. Brookville's Zach Vroman leads the league in rushing yards with 1,819.
The Gremlins made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,931 from 2,565. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 57-21 victory over Karns City last week.
