Basketball Recap: Luxemburg-Casco Comes Up Short

Luxemburg-Casco lost against Oconto Falls back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans lost 65-45 to the Oconto Falls Panthers. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jameson Beaman had a dynamite game for Oconto Falls, going 8 of 16 on his way to 30 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Bursa, who posted 13 points and five steals.

Luxemburg-Casco's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Oconto Falls, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Luxemburg-Casco will head out to take on Clintonville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oconto Falls, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Oconto Falls Panthers take on the Wrightstown Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Wrightstown will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Oconto Falls surely won't give up without a fight.
