Soccer Recap: Guilford Takes a Loss

After soaring to seven goals the game before, Guilford was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They lost 4-0 to the Hononegah Indians. The defeat continues a trend for Guilford in their meetings with Hononegah: they've now lost eight in a row.

Guilford's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Hononegah, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Guilford wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Wheaton Academy on the 26th. As for Hononegah, they have also already played their next matchup, a 5-0 victory against Sycamore on the 26th.
