Basketball Recap: Oak Park-River Forest Huskies vs. Willowbrook Warriors
Oak Park-River Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 57-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Willowbrook Warriors. That's two games in a row now that the Huskies have lost by exactly nine points.

Despite the loss, Oak Park-River Forest still got an impressive performance from Genevieve Simkowski, who went 9-for-20 to rack up 19 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. What's more, Simkowski also posted a 45% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Taryn Draine, who posted 11 points and seven boards.
