Basketball Recap: Stringtown's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If Stringtown was riding high fresh off their 44-18 takedown of Achille last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers fell 47-42 to the Milburn Eagles on Thursday. The loss put an end to the Tigers' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Stringtown fell to 2-1. As for Milburn, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Stringtown and Kiowa will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. As for Milburn, they will take on Caney at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
