Softball Recap: McCreary Central Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for McCreary Central's offense. They came up short against the Garrard County Golden Lions on Thursday, falling 10-0. The Raiders have struggled against the Golden Lions recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

McCreary Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Garrard County, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 13-15.

McCreary Central has already played their next game, an 18-2 loss against Wayne County on the 19th. As for Garrard County, they will venture away from home to challenge Boyle County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Golden Lions are facing the Rebels at the right time seeing as the Rebels are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
