Basketball Recap: Finney Has No Trouble Against Barker

Finney picked up another tournament win on Monday. They ended the year with a bang, routing the Barker Bulldogs 67-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.

Despite the loss, Barker saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Anthony Taliaferro almost dropped a double-double on 20 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Logan Murrell, who posted nine points and three steals.

Finney now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Barker, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Finney does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Barker, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 77-46 loss against Albion on the 3rd.
