Softball Recap: Carlisle County Takes a Loss

Carlisle County was the 9-6 winner over Hickman County when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Carlisle County fell 10-6 to Hickman County on Friday. The Comets' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Carlisle County's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Hickman County, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Carlisle County will welcome Ballard Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hickman County, they will venture away from home to square off against Obion County at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
