Volleyball Recap: Vanden Takes a Loss

Vanden saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Nevada Union Miners.

Jaden Fiel paced Vanden's offense, picking up four kills. Fiel got some help from Tavas Spencer and his eight assists.

Vanden's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Nevada Union, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-6.

Vanden has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Sonoma Valley on the 12th. As for Nevada Union, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Castro Valley on the 12th.
