In what's become a running theme this season, Bell gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Dixie County Bears by a score of 13-3 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bell also won the last time the pair played back in March.
Dacy Graham was incredible, going 2-for-4 with a home run, five RBI, and two runs. Gracelynd Joiner-Solis was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
The win got Bell back to even at 7-7. As for Dixie County, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bell will square off against Suwannee at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bell is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Dixie County, they will challenge Fort White at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Fort White's pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so Dixie County's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
