Volleyball Recap: Mission Bay Victorious

Mission Bay won the last time they faced Virgin Valley and things went their way on Saturday too. The Buccaneers came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Buccaneers.

Audie Caban paced Mission Bay's offense, picking up 11 kills. Caban were helped by Gianna Harder and Nala Flores, who contributed six assists each. Ema Redzepagic controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Mission Bay's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Virgin Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Mission Bay has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Boise on the 23rd. As for Virgin Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Timpview on the 23rd.
