Highmore/Harrold waltzed into their contest on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They strolled past the Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots with points to spare, taking the game 68-50. The Pirates' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Hitchcock-Tulare lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Katelyn Schroeder, who posted 16 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracyn Bixler, who earned 15 points.

Highmore/Harrold's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Hitchcock-Tulare, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
