Volleyball Recap: Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] Takes a Loss

Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the ROWVA/Williamsfield Cougars. The Spartans were not able to make up for their loss to the Cougars from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-10.

Mackenzie Peck paced Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge]'s offense, picking up three kills. Peck got some help from Pyper Swanson and her four assists.

Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge]'s defeat dropped their record down to 1-19. As for ROWVA/Williamsfield, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.
