The Beebe Badgers will head out to take on the Carlisle Bison at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Beebe is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Beebe turned things around against Quitman on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Badgers have posted since May 16, 2025.

Paydon Wiles spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on five hits.

At the plate, Beebe saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddy Hall, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Beebe hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least three batters in three consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Carlisle didn't have quite enough to beat McCrory on Friday and fell 5-4.

Chloe Smith made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was MaeCee Motton, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs.

Beebe's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Carlisle, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

Beebe skirted past Carlisle 5-3 in their previous meeting back in March of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Badgers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
