Flag Football Recap: El Monte Lions vs. South El Monte Eagles
Wednesday just wasn't the day for El Monte's offense. They came up short against the South El Monte Eagles on Wednesday, falling 25-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 26-0 on September 8th.
South El Monte found their leader in sophomore Janell Chavoya, who threw for 154 yards and three TDs while completing 83.3% of her passes.
