Arlington Heights has no trouble against North Side

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grapevine, the Arlington Heights Yellowjackets were happy to have found some success on Friday. They put the hurt on North Side with a sharp 41-20 win. The result was nothing new for Arlington Heights, who have now won four matches by 21 points or more so far this season.

Arlington Heights was led to victory by Carson James and Latreal Brooks. James rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries, while Brooks rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries. Allen Banks also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.

Another reason for the win was Arlington Heights' imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. In that department, Marco Trevino was the leader with two sacks.

Arlington Heights' victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for North Side, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Arlington Heights will take on Lake Dallas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lake Dallas is looking to tack on another W to their five-game streak on the road. North Side does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
