Basketball Game Preview: Restoration Academy vs. Lee Park Prep Knights

Restoration Academy and the Lee Park Prep Knights will face off at 9:00 a.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. Restoration Academy is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Restoration Academy saw some tournament action on Thursday. They were outmatched by Lee Park Prep and fell 76-37.

Restoration Academy better focus on containing Isaac Watkins and Cole O' Donoghue as the pair were huge in Lee Park Prep's win. Watkins shot 4-for-7 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double with 22 points and ten assists, while O' Donoghue went 11-for-17 to rack up 26 points and three steals. That's the most assists Watkins has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Brody Adams, who put up five points and seven boards.

Lee Park Prep is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points over those games. Restoration Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13.
