Basketball Recap: Garber Finds Home Court Redemption Against Kremlin-Hillsdale

There's no place like home for Garber, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against the Kremlin-Hillsdale Broncs by a score of 66-57 on Saturday. For the Wolverines, this counts as revenge for the 59-57 victory the Broncs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2023.

Garber's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Kremlin-Hillsdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Garber will head out to face off against Balko at 7:45 p.m. on Monday. Balko will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Garber surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kremlin-Hillsdale, they will head out on the road to square off against Cherokee at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. Kremlin-Hillsdale knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Cherokee likes a good challenge.
