League recap: Rebone dominating on the mound for Laguna Beach

Orange Coast's top pitcher this week was Laguna Beach's Kurt Rebone. Over the past week, he had two wins and seven Ks.

Calvary Chapel had a successful week, as it won three total games to lead the league. The Eagles beat Saddleback 17-1 and Godinez 3-2.

Estancia boasted the best pitching over the past week, holding opponents to the league's fewest hits and issuing the fewest walks.

The Eagles stole 14 bases this week, adding to their league-leading 22 steals on the year.

The league boasted nine .400 hitters over the past week. The group was paced by Jose Ocampo, who collected six hits in eight at bats for a .750 average.



Jose Ocampo led the league with six hits this week for Godinez. His eight hits for the year are eighth in the league, and he boasts a .381 batting average.

The Breakers' Jackson Rees threw four shutout innings in a 13-0 win over the Roadrunners on Friday. He pitched four scoreless innings and struck out eight, while giving up three hits.
