Soccer Game Preview: Tatum vs. Pine Tree + How To Watch

The Tatum Eagles will square off against the Pine Tree Pirates at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tatum's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Tatum's offense. They lost 9-0 to Henderson on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Tatum can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 584th, while Henderson are ranked 223rd).

Meanwhile, Pine Tree kept a clean sheet against Sabine on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Cardinals. Pine Tree haven't had any issues with Sabine recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The win was their first on the road, bumping their record up to 3-5-2. As for Tatum, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

Tatum suffered a grim 13-0 defeat to Pine Tree in their previous matchup back in February of 2025. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
