Litchfield had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They never let the Southwestern Piasa Birds get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. Considering Litchfield have won six contests by more than six goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Southwestern from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Adia Melchert led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Litchfield's victory bumped their record up to 9-2-2. As for Southwestern, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7-1.

Litchfield wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 5-1 loss against Williamsville on the 16th. As for Southwestern, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 4-0 defeat against Pana on the 17th.
