Galena kept a clean sheet against Douglas on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win. Galena might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Douglas with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alyssa Dixon, Blake Hartley, and Alexis Heiter.

The victory (which was Galena's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-1-1. As for Douglas, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Galena is set to take on their familiar foe Carson at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Douglas will face off against rival Bishop Manogue at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
