Basketball Recap: St. Joseph Triumphs

St. Joseph lost to Saddle River Day back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The St. Joseph Falcons snuck past the Saddle River Day Rebels with a 60-56 win.

St. Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Saddle River Day, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

St. Joseph and Saddle River Day could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings. St. Joseph (ranked 217th) will meet St. Benedict's Prep (ranked 58th) at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Similarly, Saddle River Day will challenge St. Joseph Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday down 103 places (122 vs. 19).
