Soccer Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central lost against Washington back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Central Bobcats lost 4-0 to the Washington Rams.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Washington, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Central will venture away from home to challenge Maricopa at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Central's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Washington, they will be playing at home against Ironwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Washington is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.
