On Saturday, Roosevelt faced Ballou in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Roosevelt Roughriders came out on top against the Ballou Knights by a score of 63-55. The Roughriders are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 11 straight.

Roosevelt's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gabriel Hudgens, who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Elijah Hall, who had seven points and six steals.

Ballou's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Antonio King, who scored 13 points. Keshaun Mack was another key player, putting up 12 points.
