Volleyball Recap: Sequim Wolves vs. Issaquah Eagles

After flying high against Olympic last Thursday, Sequim came back down to earth. The Sequim Wolves took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Issaquah Eagles on Saturday.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-14.

Issaquah found their leader in underclassman Casey Kot, who had 12 digs and two aces.

Sequim's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Issaquah, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-2-1.

Sequim will head out on the road to challenge Port Angeles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sequim is facing Port Angeles at the right time seeing as Port Angeles is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Issaquah, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Roosevelt on the 19th.
