Volleyball Recap: Trinity Christian Takes a Loss

Trinity Christian lost against River Ridge back in August of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lions took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-21.

Adeline Earley paced Trinity Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Earley got some help from Genna Rinkenberger and her nine assists. Zoe Joyner and Kylie Hanson kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for River Ridge, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian will face off against Eagle's Landing Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for River Ridge, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Kell at 5:30 p.m.
