It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Jeff Davis ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Bacon County Raiders with a sharp 4-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Yellowjackets, who have now won six games by three goals or more so far this season.

Jeff Davis' win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four contests. As for Bacon County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jeff Davis will challenge Coffee at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Jeff Davis will be up against Coffee's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.2 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
