Basketball Recap: Chinook Takes a Loss

Chinook was the 69-67 winner over Rocky Boy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Chinook Beeters took a hard 60-46 fall against the Rocky Boy Northern Stars on Friday. The matchup marked the Beeters' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Chinook's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-3. As for Rocky Boy, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3.

Chinook won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Choteau at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Rocky Boy, they will also get right back to it: they'll take on Glasgow at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
