South Tahoe hasn't had much luck against Sparks recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Vikings will head out on the road to challenge the Railroaders at 1:00 p.m. One thing working in South Tahoe's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last three matches.
If South Tahoe beats Sparks with 22 runs on Friday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Vikings were the clear victors by a 22-1 margin over Wooster on Wednesday. The Vikings have beaten the Colts the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Colts has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, the third road game was the charm for Sparks, as they earned their first away win of the season. They came out on top against Hug by a score of 8-5 on Wednesday. The Railroaders' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Bailey Hunden made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Hunden was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.
