Softball Recap: St. Michael's Takes a Loss

St. Michael lost against West Las Vegas on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Horsemen came up short against the Dons, falling 23-4. The Horsemen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Karolina Ruiz was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Jaslene Ramirez, who went 1-for-2 with one home run.

St. Michael's loss dropped their record down to 18-5. As for West Las Vegas, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-4.

St. Michael's wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 4-2 defeat against Robertson on the 1st. As for West Las Vegas, they have also already played their next game, a 12-2 victory against Miyamura on the 2nd.
