 In what's become a running theme this season, Madison Highland Prep gave their fans yet another huge  win on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Phoenix Country Day Eagles with a sharp  12-1 victory. The  win was some much needed relief for Madison Highland Prep as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
  Rhett Clemens was a major factor no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. Clemens was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news, Madison Highland Prep let  Noah Derbaum and  Aidan Zuber loose on the outfield. Derbaum  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2, while  Zuber  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Anikin Ulibarri, who  went 3-for-3 with two  RBI.
 On Phoenix Country Day's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kailer Smith, who  went 2-for-2 with two  stolen bases.
 Madison Highland Prep's victory  ended  a  four-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 11-9. As for Phoenix Country Day, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 11-13.
 Madison Highland Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Phoenix Country Day, they will head out on the road to  challenge  San Tan Charter at 3:45  p.m.  on Monday. San Tan Charter will roll in looking for their  eighth straight  win, something Phoenix Country Day surely won't give up without a fight.
