Hiawatha and Alden-Hebron squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Hiawatha had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Alden-Hebron Green Giants and fell 75-45. One positive for the Hawks, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Hiawatha dropped their record down to 2-28 with the loss, which was their 22nd straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Alden-Hebron, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-15 record this season.

Hiawatha does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Alden-Hebron, they will be playing at home against Pecatonica at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
