After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Memorial, Abilene was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Cooper Cougars.

Abilene's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-10. As for Cooper, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

Abilene will challenge Legacy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Legacy's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Cooper, they will take on Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
