Baseball Recap: Frontier Comes Up Short

After flying high against Coyle on Friday, Frontier came back down to earth. The Mustangs lost 9-3 to the Kremlin-Hillsdale Broncs on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Broncs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-3 back in February.

Frontier has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Kremlin-Hillsdale, their win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-7.

Frontier has already played their next contest, a 15-4 victory against Cimarron on the 30th. As for Kremlin-Hillsdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-5 loss against Oklahoma Bible on the 30th.
