Volleyball Recap: CHSA HomeSchool Comes Up Short

CHSA HomeSchool had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the FBCHA Eagles, falling 3-0. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

FBCHA's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Izabella Pham, who had 11 assists and five digs.

The win was the 22nd in a row (dating back to last season) for FBCHA, bringing their record up to 3-0.

CHSA HomeSchool will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Faith Christian at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for FBCHA, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Frassati Catholic on the 16th.
