Aidan Gruber put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Wednesday. He struck out 12 batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances.
